But guiding is so much more than just learning the route and script, and being available to lead the tour. In this final mainstage discussion, we’ll talk about techniques and strategies to empower your guides to become master storytellers and engaging presences, and welcome Lauren Shannon of Arigato Japan Food Tours, to talk about how to scale a business and build a community of loyal guides.

All determinations are at the sole discretion of Arival, and the decision of the Arival team will be final. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
