Leigh Barnes is Intrepid Travel’s Chief Customer Officer and is responsible for building a strong customer-focused culture and leading the business’ global customer care teams. He moved into this role in 2019 and was previously Chief Purpose Officer, where he focused on the growth of purpose-led initiatives. Leigh is the publisher of Adventure.com, an Intrepid-owned global online travel publication. Leigh has worked at Intrepid for the past decade, advancing through a number of marketing department functions, as well as leading expansion out of the Toronto office as Regional Director of North America. He passionately believes that business can be a force for good and he is an advocate for the B Corp movement – companies around the world that balance purpose with profit.
