About Me

Ken Mishima Head of eCommerce Strategy, Web sales and Marketing Division, JTB Ken Mishima is the head of ecommerce strategy of JTB travel sites which have provided various travel contents. He has also been working on various PoC projects with AI and data to provide unique experiences to customers. Prior to join JTB group, Ken spent 10 years at various leading online service providers at local and regional leadership positions including eBay, Expedia, and HRS. While working at the large organizations for its business transformation, serving also as board of directors at local start-ups as well as a local public company including Retrip and Adventure (known more as Also supporting community development in digital travel segment in Japan as mentor, adviser, and/or investor at various start-ups by leveraging unique experiences both at local and global business operators. Ken earned his master degree from University of New South Wales, Australia.
