About Me

Jo’s responsible for the strategic growth of the region, and leads the Destination Management team in their mission to partner with local experience creators and help guide their journey to innovation-driven growth. Jo’s first role in travel was working for a UK tour operator, where, spending time in various countries across Europe, she discovered a love and curiosity for the travel industry. After experiencing some amazing locations and developing a specialization for ski products, Jo took an opportunity to move ‘online’ to work for Expedia, where, based in offices in Paris and Geneva, deepened her knowledge and impact on the travel and technology sector. Moving back to the UK, Jo gained a new experience with a travel tech SaaS start-up, before joining the GetYouGuide team in 2017, finding herself immersed once again in the world of delivering unforgettable experiences to avid travelers like herself!

To make it possible for true collaboration, creativity, innovation, and idea exchange to thrive, we are committed to facilitating a welcoming and respectful community for all. This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

All determinations are at the sole discretion of Arival, and the decision of the Arival team will be final. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
