About Me

David is a man of multiple talents.

After a degree in Classics and teaching English in Cairo for two years, traveling widely in the Middle East, and studying Arabic, he moved to London.

Following 25 years in the City of London, eventually as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank, in October 2020 (with great timing) he started a new career as a full-time London Guide.

He has always loved poking around the odd corners of the City and is qualified as a prestigious City of London and City of Westminster Guide, with over 170 5 star TripAdvisor reviews.

In addition to all this, he has a secret life as … The Delusionist, Master of Magic!

As a Corporate entertainer, he specializes in Close Up Magic and has regularly performed in Cabaret at the world-famous Glastonbury Festival and multiple Corporate events.

David incorporates magic performance into his tours to create a unique experience that his guests find irresistible, and has even incorporated magic into his virtual tours during the pandemic with great success.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
