Online Experiences: How to design, build and sell them now and in the future
Arival is bullish on online experiences, and we're not the only ones. Online experiences are not only a great way for tour operators to generate revenue and stay in front of their audience during the crisis, but, if done well, can be revenue-generating post-crisis as well.
We have invited the team behind the Online Tourism Academy to answer your questions about pivoting to online products and services. In our last online event about online experiences, we took a big picture view.
This session will dig deeper into practical items such as: What would I create online? Who would buy my online products and can I even make a profit? How would I actually deliver online services? Where would I even begin to market something like this? What equipment do I need? Can I do this if I don’t have “tech” and video skills? What types of online experiences can generate the most cash flow? What tour businesses are succeeding with online tours right now?
Over the past two months, The Tourism Academy team researched, created, and launched ‘Virtual Tour Business’, a coaching program with over 120 tour business owners already profiting from online tours and experiences.
Bring your best questions, biggest challenges, and thorniest concerns on the topic - and receive honest answers, practical advice, and advice about inexpensive software and "how-tos". We will get through as many questions as we can.
