Warner Bros. Entertainment’s head of business development on enhancing the customer experience, expanding to Japan, and the outlook for 2023 and beyond

Recently at Arival 360 | Berlin 2023 I had a one-on-one conversation with Sophie Harvard-Williams, Head of Business Development for London and Hollywood at Warner Bros. Entertainment, which runs the incredibly popular Making of Harry Potter studio tours.

We discussed her focus for 2023, expanding to Japan, enhancing the customer experience, challenges for 2023 and beyond, and of course her Hogwarts House (it’s not what you might think!) 

“We are opening the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo: The Making of Harry Potter this summer,” shared Harvard-Williams, “so we’re all very busy at the moment. We will be replicating what we do in London, in Tokyo on a much bigger scale.”
