Melissa Farrell is a Certified International Tour Manager, A NYC Local Guide, and a Custom Travel Designer who enjoys leading small groups deep into the culture only leaving behind footprints.

Whether it’s connecting with the guests or connecting the guests with the local culture, she believes Connection is the most important thing when traveling. Seeing people step out of their comfort zone and take in a new cultural experience is what drives Melissa to ensure every experience is memorable for her guests.
With business partner and friend, Marcey Levine, they have created First Crush Tour Experiences specializing in deep immersion travel experiences that connect travelers with local people and culture.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
