Is it possible for operators and online travel agencies (OTAs) to not only get along but… find love?

In a preview for the upcoming Arival 360 | Berlin conference, Arival CEO and co-founder Douglas Quinby sat down with TUI Musement CEO Peter Ulwahn to discuss European travelers, post-Covid travel and the tension between operators and OTAs. 

“We have as a vision that we want to be the ‘most loved’ tours and activities player,” Ulwahn declares. 

“We’re coming from the operator side so we are a global operator company that now also happens to also have a digital platform and OTA,” explains Ulwahn, “so from that perspective we can relate to some of the operator issues.”

Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
