With your ticket, you have access to all Theater Sessions, Workshops, Demo Labs, Networking Lounge, the Attractions Forum, and evening networking events! Lunch is included on Tuesday and Wednesday for all attendees, and coffee breaks will be available. If you wish to participate in the Arival Exchange Unboxed you must register for a separate ticket ($100 fully refundable for Operators upon completion of all meetings, $300 non-refundable for all other company types).
If you are an Arival Insider Pro Access member, you will additionally have ongoing access to recorded sessions and will have access to exclusive sessions and networking events at the in-person event.
Your Arival Ticket does not include your hotel stay, but we have secured a great group rate at the Rosen Shingle Creek through 15 September. You can book your room through our event website for the host venue. Rooms are limited, make your bookings now.
A general agenda is posted on our website now. The full agenda is available under the program tab as is info on the Attractions Forum, the Exchange, the Spotlight Awards, and more. Details will also be in the Swapcard event mobile and desktop app. We will share the app link to all registered attendees weeks before the event.
Before the event we keep you updated with attending companies on the Who’s Attending list on the event landing page. During the conference, you will be able to contact these same attendees using the Arival event app and make connections and schedule meetings ahead of time. An email will go out with more details and information for our event app approximately two weeks prior to the event. We’ll have a wide variety of session topics, but this year’s focus is on practical strategies that position your business for success in an always changing landscape! We’re bringing together marketing and tech experts from within the Experiences industry to break down innovative digital marketing strategies, which Arival’s thought leaders and industry experts will be diving deep into consumer insights and traveler trends.
We offer a registration fee refund protection plan (found under the INFO menu), which can be included at the time your ticket is purchased. This will provide a full refund for your Event registration fees in the case of unforeseen circumstances requiring you to cancel your attendance, per the terms of the coverage. Hotel reservations may be cancelled up to 6 days prior to the event with no cancellation fee. Check with your airline for specific policies.

YES! Attendees are required to wear their name badge at all times while in the conference space or at the evening events. If you do not have your badge, you will not be allowed access to Arival. Should you lose, forget or misplace your badge and wish to gain entry, you must present a photo ID and will be charged a fee of €25 for replacement. In order to protect the investment you make in attending Arival, badges are non-transferable; sharing of badges will result in the removal of the badge holder from the event.

Experiences is not a formal industry; it’s about learning you can apply to your business, finding new connections and opportunities and having fun along the way. We want you to get the most out of the conference, so come dressed the way that represents our industry—any way that works for you!
