With more than 20 years of professional experience in sales and marketing in the attractions and transportation industry, Robert Graff serves as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Bindlestiff Tours, a Small Group Tour operator with operations in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle and Anchorage. Bindlestiff offers “experiential” day and multi-day tours to the National Parks of the Southwest USA, Canada and Alaska. A Pioneer of Dynamic Pricing/Revenue Management in the Attraction Tour space, he often presents and forecasts industry trends for groups such as Google Travel, TourOperator.com, and E tourism Summit. Graff held previous positions with Scenic/Skywest Airlines, Papillon, and Heli USA serving as corporate vice president of sales and marketing. He is the current chair of U.S. Travel’s – National Council of Attractions and Experiences (NCAE) and Board member of International Inbound Travel Association (IITA). Graff founded Best Vegas Attractions (BVA), a non-profit consortium group of 35 attractions. Graff has studied hotel administration and holds a degree in French and Russian from Indiana University. He is fluent in seven languages, and an international tourism advocate for BRAND USA and Visit USA.
