About Me

David is a successful entrepreneur, leader, and consultant that has launched 4 businesses, in both the for-profit & non-profit world, and consulted with senior leaders in multiple sectors and industries on strategy and change. He is driven by a passion to make the world better by helping people, places, and organizations dismantle oppression (both organizational and societal), operate sustainably, and transcend entrenched obstacles to growth and change. His current company North America Tour Hub/Urban Oyster Tours seeks to transform the way people experience a place, as either a resident or a visitor, by vastly improving the quality and sustainability of travel and ensuring that guests leave the places they visit better than they found them. He launched Urban Oyster in 2009 and, together with the owners of Philly Tour Hub, launched North America Tour Hub in 2017. He also currently serves on Advisory Boards of Travel Unity and Impact Travel Alliance.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
