About Me

Daryl Foong is the Executive Director of Aquawalk Sdn Bhd, a turnkey attractions developer that has been designing, building, operating and managing aquariums for over 15 years. Daryl manages Aquaria KLCC, a 7,000 sqm aquarium located in the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, and progress at Aquaria Phuket, an 8,000 sqm aquarium under construction in Central Floresta Mall, Phuket.

Aquaria KLCC currently welcomes over 1 million visitors annually, and Aquaria Phuket is scheduled to open to the public in July 2019. Daryl also oversees the groups’ latest venture The Rift; a 4,000 sqm Virtual Reality Park, featuring both VR and AR games and activities.

Before joining Aquawalk, Daryl worked in FMCG and retail management, developing e-commerce, CRM and data management capabilities in addition to business development. Passionate about practical sustainability, he is an avid diver, conservationist and amateur naturalist as well as a father of one.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
