Claudio Bellinzona is Chief Supply Officer for TUI Musement, the tours and activities division of TUI, the world’s leading tourism group. TUI Musement combines a scalable digital platform with local presence in more than 100 countries worldwide. Claudio oversees a global team that sources all elements of TUI Musement’s tours and activities, and manages the commercial relationships with all suppliers. This includes venues, tickets, transportation and activities. He also plays a key role in defining the future strategy of the business as part of TUI Musement’s leadership team. Claudio is a digital media expert and entrepreneur, with over 15 years of experience in building digital products and launching innovative ventures. As manager and consultant he has been working in different roles with Pay-Tv (Sky) Telco operators (Fastweb), TV networks and media distributors. In 2012, he co-founded Musement, one of the leading tours & activities platforms worldwide, which in 2018 was acquired by TUI as part of its Tours & Activities division, now known as TUI Musement. Claudio is based in Milan and is also Adjunct Professor in Digital Innovation at the University of Pavia and regularly collaborates with SDA Bocconi.
