As graduate of DePaul University with a major in Finance and Hospitality, Caitlin quickly advanced in the airline industry. It was at United Airlines that she refined her skills in pricing and revenue strategy first in Chicago and later in Amsterdam. With continued success, she became an expert in her field at generating untapped revenue through dynamic pricing strategies. In 2022, Caitlin transitioned to the attraction industry bringing her approach to data collection, analysis, and reporting to steer revenue growth and promote operational excellence. Using her skill and experience in the airline industry she is leading the charge, implementing new pricing strategies in the attraction world.
