Alice is a research manager at Phocuswright, the leading travel industry research authority. She joined Phocuswright in 2016 after positions with various travel organizations, including HeBS Digital, Singapore Tourism Board and Travelzoo. She has delivered studies on a range of topics, including travel activities, online travel agencies, travel advertising, hospitality and more. Prior to her career in the travel industry, she spent five years working in the financial services sector at Morgan Stanley. Alice holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in travel and tourism management from New York University. As a yoga enthusiast with a major case of wanderlust, she also serves as a part-time yoga teacher and is a frequent traveler.
