Part 2: Mastering Your KPIs: How to Identify, Measure and Track took your annual planning one step further in this one-hour interactive, guided discussion to help Insider Pro Access members gain the knowledge they needed around KPI management. When focused on growing your business, you first need to identify your quantifiable goals and then determine the key performance indicators that will impact your business the most.

Part 3: Annual Plan Action: Collaborative Planning and Situational Leadership closed out our Business Skill Mastery series by putting your annual plan in action. Faciliator Andrea Ross showed us how to flow your plan through your leadership team with collaborative planning.

She also covered situational leadership tools and practices to utilize throughout 2023 to ensure your entire team is on board to get you to your goals. By understanding what employees need and the different leadership styles to use, you will get the most out of your team members so they can keep up with making the shifts you want in the business to implement 2023 initiatives.
