At an Arival event, it’s likely you’ll hear the word “tour” and the word “experience” at least a few times. While these terms are sometimes used interchangeably, they aren’t really the same.

We asked these operators and tech executives from around the globe to describe the nuanced difference between a tour and an experience—and the unique ways in which they serve travelers. See their insights in the above video.

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
