About Me

Michael is the President and CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of ticketing and revenue management solutions for attractions and cultural venues around the world. Michael’s career spans four decades of international experience developing and implementing technology solutions serving the unique needs of ticketing-related industries. His early work for Gateway’s intercity bus customers streamlined the ticketing and scheduling of routes from a manual, laborious process involving thick paper books to a computerized transaction that took mere seconds to complete, revolutionizing the operations of bus operators in North America. He holds a patent in Galaxy Connect, a B2B cloud service launched in 2016 to simplify ticket distribution for attraction suppliers, seamlessly linking them with OTAs and distributors enabling them to sell live tickets in real-time. Today, Gateway serves a wide variety of clients including theme parks, museums, zoos and aquariums, observation decks, tours, attractions, and amusement parks. Working directly with these customers to grow their revenue and solve their operational challenges, Michael leads the passionate Gateway Ticketing Systems’ team from its Berks County, Pennsylvania headquarters in their continued innovation of technology and functionality for their global customers.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
