About Me

Luciano Bullorsky is the President of ToursByLocals, a Canadian-owned business that connects discerning travelers in search of customized, private tours with handpicked tour guides, providing exceptional travel experiences in over 150 countries, worldwide. The half-day, full-day, and multi-day private tours are consistently awarded 5-star ratings by the over 600,000 travelers who have toured with ToursByLocals since 2008. ToursByLocals’ experienced, insightful team of tour guides promise to enrich vacations with authentic, personalized experiences everywhere people travel.

Luciano is based in Argentina and has a legal background, but soon decided to move away from law and into an entrepreneurial role within the Tours and Activities industry. In 2009, he started working as one of ToursByLocals’ first guides in South America and also founded a small tour operator in Buenos Aires. In 2012, Luciano left guiding behind to join the staff of ToursByLocals full-time.

Since then, he has helped the self-funded company grow from 10 employees to over 50, while expanding the guide network to over 2000 exceptional tour professionals. In everything he does at ToursByLocals, Luciano’s goal is to facilitate the delivery of 5-star tour experiences that become the highlight of a traveler’s vacation.

Our mission is to establish and inspire a diverse community of individuals and companies in the In-destination Industry by providing opportunities to gain insight, share knowledge and build connections. To make it possible for true collaboration, creativity, innovation, and idea exchange to thrive, we are committed to facilitating a welcoming and respectful community for all. This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

Inappropriate or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Arival reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any party from any event or community space at any time when participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the event or enjoyment of the event by other participants. All determinations are at the sole discretion of Arival, and the decision of the Arival team will be final. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
