About Me

Kai Kaapro is the CEO and Co-Founder of TourScale, a tours & activities company and franchisor based in Raleigh, North Carolina which operates Trolley Pub, Tiki Pub and Paddle Pub. He is also the managing partner of TourCraft, a boat and vehicle manufacturing company based in Alachua, Florida. He is also the co-host of the Get Up and Scale podcast, a show about scaling small businesses into multi-unit enterprises.

Kai’s businesses span 38 cities in 13 states and employ over 100 people – from tour guides to welders to marketers to mechanics. He is an acknowledged market and thought leader in the party vehicle and boat tour industry nationwide and is considered an expert on vehicle and vessel based tour operations, management, marketing and strategy.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
