About Me

Joshua is the Director of Traveltech at the University of Edinburgh’s Edinburgh Futures Institute where he leads on the application of AI and data-driven innovation for the travel, tourism and festival sectors. He leads a community of over 200 traveltech businesses in the UK. He has worked in the area of AI and technology for over ten years. He joined from Nesta where he established the £10m Longitude Prize, that featured on BBC Horizon’s 50th Anniversary Episode.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
