About Me

Joe Robinson, an entrepreneurial and driven leader, joined RocketRez as Chief Growth Officer in 2019. With strong roots in sales and marketing, Joe has excelled in the tourism and hospitality industry for over 10 years.

His career has been colorful with diverse roles, with the common thread through them all of the building teams and scaling infrastructure for rapid growth: as VP, Revenue for Redeam, a global technology company bringing channel management to tours and attractions; as General Manager and SVP at Big Bus Tours, launching the Chicago operation and then orchestrating the Chicago and New York City business performance; as Director of Business Development for BookIt.com, a medium-sized OTA in the “things to do” sector; and even as a Peace Corps Volunteer helping grow tourism businesses in Latin America. Even early in his career, the company’s recognized Joe’s influence and trajectory, with Intrepid Travel awarding him the 2009 & 2010 Intrepid Travel Group Leader of the Year.

Always one to help make others better, Joe also held various roles on business advisory groups and councils, including as Member of the Executive Committee for the Magnificent Mile Association in Chicago from 2016-2018.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
