She is a Certified Hospitality Industry Analytics (CHIA) professional with STR and Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer with HSMAI. Her prior experiences at a Hilton Resorts & Hotel and within Destination Marketing have given her an insider’s perspective on the impacts of digital marketing for hotels and destinations. In addition to working directly with clients to provide revenue-driving marketing solutions, she leads the program for Google My Business for Hotels, Restaurants, and Attractions.
