Redeam Raises $12M in Series B

The news signals a clear opportunity to enable online connectivity in tours and attractions, which has long lagged other parts of travel in online distribution.

Technology provider for tours and attractions Redeam, announced a $12 million Series B round, this adds to $7.7 million in series A for a total of $19.7 million raised. According to the press release, The substantial raise will allow Redeam to more quickly scale its operations, technology footprint, and ecosystem-supporting solutions in order to meet the sector’s increased demand for its reliable, sophisticated connectivity.” Redeem offers digitized channel management and touchless voucher redemption/reconciliation solutions for the tours and activities industry.

The announcement follows more than a dozen fundraising events investment news in our sector. This is yet another indication of the interest in driving technology adoption across a sector that has long trailed other sectors of travel in technology and online booking.  
Tours, activities, and attractions had been a hotbed of startup activity and investment over the past decade. More 50 companies have raised some $2 billion over the past five years alone.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
