Whitewater Raft Guide

Job Details
Canyon Raft Company is looking for experienced whitewater raft guides for our 2025 season. We operate river tours from May- mid September and need seasonal employed river guides during this time. Current 40 hour CPR/First Aid certificate, and current Swift Water Rescue 3 technician certificate are pre-requisite for employment. English speaking, other languages an asset, drivers license an asset.

Job Description
On/off river customer service and management
Off river duties include managing and maintenance of all gear and rafts, loading/unloading rafts on trailers, lifting over 50 lbs for various tasks, driving to and from the rivers, customer service and safety while off the the river
On river duties include instructing customers on safety protocols and river skills. Ensuring customer safety for duration of on river tour, and assisting in any necessary safety or first aid situations. Entertaining guests and knowledge of local area is paramount to ensure a truly amazing river experience.

REQUIRED:
English speaking
CPR/First Aid certificate
Swift Water Rescue technician

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
