We are looking for creative, history-loving souls, passionate about true crime, supernatural occurrences, and the hidden history of Monticello, ready to guide our guests through the unseen realms of this haunted town.Ghost Tour Guide Pay & Benefits:

  • $50 – $150 per day/night (including tips) – depending on the number of tours given
  • TIPS!! These can range from $20 to over $100 for a 1-2 hour tour

    To lead tours through the haunted streets of Monticello, we’re looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

    Ghost Tour Guide Requirements:

  • Public Speaking Skills: Ability to speak confidently and engagingly to groups, with the charisma to captivate and entertain.
  • Resident of Monticello or Nearby: Candidates must live within 25 miles of downtown Monticello and have reliable transportation.
  • Passionate About History & Storytelling: A deep appreciation for Monticello’s rich history and its haunting past. You must be able to bring history to life through captivating storytelling.
  • Interest in the Paranormal: Whether you’re drawn to Monticello’s haunted homes, spooky cemeteries, or the unsettling events that have shaped its history, we want someone who’s eager to share these fascinating and eerie tales with guests.

Monticello’s timeless charm holds many ghostly secrets, from the haunted old homes where former residents never truly left to the mysterious figures that continue to haunt the local cemeteries. With rich history and paranormal tales, Monticello is the perfect place to captivate guests with ghostly folklore and historical intrigue.

All determinations are at the sole discretion of Arival, and the decision of the Arival team will be final. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
