RED Hospitality & Leisure

Information

RED Hospitality and Leisure is the largest luxury Watersports operator for hotels in South Florida, the Caribbean and Hawaii. Established in 2018, RED partners with premier brands across the most exclusive islands to bring unique, one of a kind land and sea based experiences to mutual guests from around the world. Our clients include The Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection, Westin, Grace Bay Club, The Bungalows, Margaritaville Key West, Havana Cabana, Pier House, Grand Wailea and others.

Focused on providing anchoring services at premium resorts in excess of 75 rooms, RED establishes profitable tour and activity desks by soliciting their in house, motorized experiences, as well as local, contracted agreements with preferred partners, providing hotel guests with safe, quality excursions in their destination, enabling them the ability to post charges to their room and participate in their hotels loyalty program.

Snorkel and sunset trips disembark from our hotels daily with full catering menus, live music and sightseeing, while leisurely guests enjoy our onsite offerings, including Hobie cat sailing lessons, kayak and SUPs rentals, best in class snorkeling equipment and boutique retail shopping.

All group planned activities are led by RED via a full service DMC program, focused on providing transportation, private charter, restaurant and off-site activities to groups with white glove service, integrating into the hotel events, sales and operations teams.

We exist to create the Christmas card moments, the stories told around the dinner table, and our goal is to create customers for life, by delivering consistent products and services our guests can enjoy across our portfolio of destinations.

Selected as a three time honoree by Great Places to Work (add badge and hyperlink), we pride ourselves on creating lifelong opportunities for hospitality-focused individuals as well, unlocking the ability to build a career in leadership, finance, Human Resources, concierge, sales, beach, sailing, retail, food and beverage, crew, maintenance, and Captain positions, offering the ability to cross-train and transfer to more than six islands across the world.

Our core values of professionalism, performance, individual development and hyper-growth have led the company to expand from the USVI to Key West, Key Largo, Turks and Caicos, BVI and Hawaii, with more than 250 employees across the organization. Additionally, our ongoing commitment to sustainability and community engagement in our markets drive interest in our brand and these partnerships fulfill our mission to be the largest Watersports company in the world.

For inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss our advisory services for pre-opening planning, or if your existing operations are looking for opportunities to enhance and expand your recreation and Watersports teams.
