H.I.S. Americas Inc. (formerly H.I.S. U.S.A. Holding, Inc.) is a subsidiary of the renowned HIS Group, one of Japan’s largest travel agencies, with a global presence spanning 60 countries and 112 cities. With over four decades of experience in the Americas, including offices in New York, California, Nevada, Hawaii and Guam in the US, and Mexico City, Cancún and São Paulo in Latin America, We operate as both a destination management company (DMC) and an outbound agency.
As a DMC, we specialize in providing seamless travel for Japanese visitors in the Americas, including hotel reservations, transfers, and activity planning. Our future goals include strengthening ties with HIS Global Network in Asia, Travel Brands in Canada, and Group Miki Holdings in Asia and Europe to boost travel demand to the Americas worldwide. As an outbound agency, we offer trans-Pacific airline tickets and tours to Japanese and Japanese-American residents in the Americas, extending our services to locals interested in Japan travel. We also aim to create more travel opportunities globally from the Americas through reciprocal visits of customers and collaborations with group companies in Europe, Asia, and Japan.
In recent years, we have ventured into innovative co-creation projects with startup companies, particularly on the West Coast, notably in Silicon Valley. Since 2019, we’ve invested in and conducted research on various industries, including travel, sustainability, entertainment, robotics, and retail, to enhance our business offerings.
