Vehicle Inspector
Rainbow Adventures LLC is looking for a Vehicle Inspector who has a knack for cars and wants an opportunity to join a great company. Our Inspectors are vital to the success of our tours. They have boundless energy and work tirelessly to ensure our guests get nothing but the best. Our inspectors are meticulous. Nothing gets by them. This is an entry level position with an opportunity to advance to Automotive Technician I. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

  • Conduct inspections of vehicles nightly after tours for the day are completed.
  • Perform Oil Changes
  • Prepare and submit a report of vehicle condition, repair/replacement cost estimates, and related documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with our guides to develop and ensure guest satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Perform cleanup of shop area at the end of the day.
  • Test Drive vehicles for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Complete work orders as assigned
  • Assist Shop Techs

Requirements:

  • Problem solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches.
  • Proven success to work independently with minimal supervision while working in a team environment.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to understand instructions.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
  • Reliable transportation back and forth to work.
  • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or kneel, stand for a prolonged period of time with the ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Vision abilities required to properly identify small defects around and underneath vehicles.
  • Ability to work outside in the elements for extended periods of time.
  • Experience with changing parts, welding or other previous automotive experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate for this job.
  • Basic tools are needed. Some shop tools are provided.

Hiring is contingent on a satisfactory insurance clearance.
