Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Advisors. This is a commission-based, independent contractor role best suited for entrepreneurial professionals who enjoy curating tailored travel experiences and are ready to grow their own business.

As an Independent Advisor, you will build and manage your own client base, design custom itineraries, and develop your personal brand. In return, you’ll receive the support, training, and community of a trusted agency invested in your long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and grow your personal book of travel clients
Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel, including air, accommodations, tours, and insurance
Create customized itineraries aligned with clients’ interests, budgets, and preferences
Develop expertise in preferred supplier products and destinations
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the planning process
Stay informed on industry trends, destination updates, and travel regulations
Participate in optional virtual training, supplier webinars, and team engagement activities

 

Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365
  • Passion for travel and a desire to help others experience the world
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using digital tools (email, CRM systems, booking platforms, etc.)
  • Prior experience in travel planning (personal or professional)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
