ITMI-certified in tourism, Sjannie holds an Executive MBA of Rotterdam School of Management, a Master in European Tourism Management and a Bachelor in Tourism and Economics. She works in the tourism and professional services industry for over 30 years and gained experience all over the world. In these years, Sjannie has been a strategic consultant for 10 years on Service Excellence, with a focus on high-end hotels.
As a Tour Director herself, she has many practical tips to share. EastguidesWest reaches out to thousands of fabulous tour guides, tour operators and local suppliers around the world to increase local employability.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
