About Me

Heather White is the Owner and Lead Guide of Spark Experiences, a luxury private tour provider in the San Francisco Bay Area. For seven years she has been introducing discerning guests to the very best of the City, Silicon Valley, Wine Country, and our National Parks. In addition to being a hard-working entrepreneur, Heather is also a Tour Director and Cruise Director team lead for Tauck World Discoveries.

Heather first came to guiding while a Project Manager, running executive programs at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. She has since completed a Masters Degree in Education from UCB-USF and professional certificates in both Digital Marketing and Human Resource Project Management. Heather is a San Francisco Tour Guide Guild (SFTGG) Certified Guide, Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA), wine educator, and qualified naturalist. She’s also a product designer and trainer for several tourism schools and tour operators.

Heather is fluent in French, loves cooking classes, and spunky (too-smart-for-their-own-good) terriers!

To make it possible for true collaboration, creativity, innovation, and idea exchange to thrive, we are committed to facilitating a welcoming and respectful community for all. This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

Arival reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any party from any event or community space at any time when participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the event or enjoyment of the event by other participants. All determinations are at the sole discretion of Arival, and the decision of the Arival team will be final. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
