Over 80 percent of experience operators say they want to use AI in their day-to-day operations, but only 12 percent currently do, according to Arival’s Global Operator Landscape: The State of Experiences.
Lynch announced Peek’s latest innovation, designed to solve this problem for operators — Peek CoPilot — during a five minute presentation in the second Arival Innovation Showcase, sponsored by Belvera Partners and Phocuswright, at Arival 360 | San Diego. Peek earned the highest audience rating and took home the “Top Innovator Award” during the showcase, which also featured presentations from TripAdmit, TOMIS / Yonder, TourOptima and Vox Group. In his Innovation Showcase presentation (available on-demand here), Lynch shared how CoPilot, launching in mid-November 2024, will offer operators AI pricing, which is the ability to adjust their pricing in real time based on recommendations from data ingested and analyzed by the AI. It will also offer marketing tools such as “Magic Marketer,” which includes the ability to connect with relevant local influencers through an AI-assisted search, and a translator which speaks 29 languages.
“We’re building a world where you don’t need to answer the phone, and we’re sprinting towards that in the next 18 months,” says Lynch.
We connected with Lynch immediately after the showcase to learn more about the process behind developing CoPilot, as well as the virtual reality experience they were using to demonstrate the product.
