About Me

Maggie Rauch is an online travel research analyst and consultant. Her travel tech career began in China, where she provided written and video content for the region’s leading online travel information and events platform. On returning to the United States, she joined Phocuswright as an analyst.

For nearly a decade, she worked to inform the global travel industry on market trends and traveler behavior and played a key role in setting Phocuswright’s research agenda and programming the Phocuswright Conference. Her work spans across travel segments, regions, and technologies. Her expertise is sought by leading online travel companies and by media outlets including The Information, The New York Times, The Financial Times, and CNBC.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

All determinations are at the sole discretion of Arival, and the decision of the Arival team will be final. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
