When we think about distribution or channel management we would often think about the major OTAs, but in reality, this barely scratches the surface of the overall sales landscape. In the last couple of years, there was a fair amount of media coverage on "so and so just raised millions or mega eCommerce platform now selling tours".
With all the attention we often forget the quiet achievers, such as the retail agents, inbound operators, hotels, visitor centers, bloggers, or even other tour operators/suppliers.
