What are the Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards?

Honoring Outstanding & Innovative Businesses in the Experiences Industry

You wow your customers. That wows us. These awards recognize excellence in guest satisfaction for operators of tours, activities, and visitor attractions, based on independent, unbiased analysis of guest reviews across major online travel and experiences websites.

Celebrating with winners from the 2024 North American Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards in San Diego.

The Award Selection Process

To select the winners, Arival works with TourReview to aggregate customer feedback from multiple sources, including Expedia, GetYourGuide, Google, Klook, Tiqets, Tripadvisor (excluding reviews also on Viator) and Viator. With this process we identify the operators consistently—and objectively—impressing their customers. Learn more about the methodology for selecting the winners here.

That means the Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards are totally impartial and independent, and solely data-driven—a first-of-its-kind award for the experiences industry. Each operator in the top 10 deserves recognition—and no, this isn’t one of those “everyone gets a trophy” moments. These awards are built on pure, unfiltered data from seven leading review platforms. No fees, no judges in a conference room; just real travelers who booked, experienced, and rated. The people have spoken, and these 150 operators deliver.
