About Me
Stu Card was a successful trial attorney and a partner of a growing national law firm based out of Chicago before he realized that life is simply too short and too tasty to spend all day arguing. Stu found himself on a business trip to Savannah that would change his life. It was there that he realized there was such a thing as a balanced life-style. Within one month of that fateful trip Stu had retired from the practice of law at the age of 33 and within three months had moved his family to Savannah to start Savannah Taste Experience with one of his brothers, Donald. Since starting Savannah Taste Experience in 2012, the Brothers Card have gone on to write “Savannah Food: A Delicious History”, and have won countless awards and accolades, including: The Top Tourist Attraction in Georgia (Redbook Magazine), The Most Booked Food Experience in the World (TripAdvisor), No.3 Food Experience in the world (TripAdvisor), Top15 Food Tour in the U.S. (US News & Report), among many others. Stu and Donald have also been filmed in their capacity as the co-founders of Savannah Taste Experience for the TravelChannel and HGTV. They have even been sought out by celebrity chefs Sean Brock and Paul Hollywood. Stu is also a member of The Rolling Stones Culture Council, where he writes on the subject of culinary tourism for Rolling Stone Magazine Online.
