About Me

An Indigenous tourism professional with 25+ years of experience through sales & marketing within the hospitality industry. Currently owns & operates a stable of attraction brands, namely “City Rewards”, “Explore Canada” & “City Passport”. City Rewards operates as an in-destination activity/attraction booking platform in 100+ currencies for our distributors; OTA’s, Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Hotels, MICE, and Consortiums. Originally Expedia’s first packaged attraction provider in Canada, the City Passport brand has evolved into a new way to drive visitor volume to attractions, museums, sightseeing, adventure activities, culinary options, arts & culture, spas & wellness operators. Randy has had the pleasure of serving on the board of the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) Christmas Bureau for the past decade, the last few as Chairman. He served previously as President of Vancouver AM Tourism Association for many years in the 1990’s, and was appointed to the Winter Olympic Plebiscite Committee prior to the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver. He was also elected as a Director on the board for Tourism Vancouver, Vancouver Skal Club and Canada’s Receptive Tour Operator Association. (CITAP) over the years. Randy is a tourism entrepreneur who subscribes to “cathedral thinking”, contributing his time, ability and passion to make a difference in the lives of those that he works with and serves.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
