About Me

Nick Phelps began his entrepreneurial journey when he started and co-founded a direct-to-consumer online grocer focusing on sustainably grown produce and hand crafted artisan foods. Over 10 years, Nick grew the company from 2 to 40 employees, dealing with large warehousing and operations, as well as many versions of a custom-built technology platform delivering millions of pounds of groceries to thousands of customers. After a successful exit, Nick joined Cultivate Advisors as a Business Advisor and now leads a team of advisors to help small business owners optimize their business, lead and recruit the right team and give time back to the owner to pursue a life they love.

Since 2019, Arival has hosted one major event in Europe each year. For 2024-2025, we’re thrilled to offer two exciting events: Arival 360 | Valencia and Arival | Activate Edinburgh. Here’s a quick comparison to help you decide which event to attend—or why you might want to come to both:

Arival 360 | Valencia (28-30 April 2025)

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
