About Me
Lynne has had 30 years of senior executive roles in nonprofits, education, and travel. She spent 10 years as a tour operator, sending clients on winter adventures, hosting groups in ski resorts around the world, and training future travel industry leaders. After a successful exit from that startup, she went on to run a Pre-K through 5 private school, founded a non-profit to provide assistance to those affected by natural disasters, and, in a full-circle moment, came back to the experiences industry.
She is part of the founding team at Arival, and in addition to overseeing event design for every event from the first, she focuses on company strategy, operations, building systems, and fabulous teams. She has traveled through over 45 countries, paints, gardens, raises chickens, and has two amazing sons and 2 sweet dogs. Her favorite city is Budapest, her favorite beach is Ipanema, and her favorite trip was 4 months spent in the Central Asian Steppe in Kazakhstan.
