About Me

Janice brings 17+ years as a seasoned Revenue, Operations and Sales Leader and Serial Entrepreneur. Currently, Janice serves as the CEO & Co-Founder at indie, where she believes the future of travel will include content creators and a new generation of Guides. A proud Advisor to #MoveTheDial, Fora (in partnership with the UN & UNAC), an Activator and Mentor for SheEO, and a Provincial Ambassador for Women in Tech, she is passionate about supporting female-led ventures. Previously a guest lecturer at Humber and Centennial College, and was selected to participate in the Austrian Leadership Program in 2018-19 to support start-ups in Austria and Canada to understand mutual export markets better.

Janice maintains strong roots in the larger travel industry, with active participation in SYTA, WYSE, NAIS, CAIS and TICO. In 2018, she was named one of Canadian Traveller’s Top 40 Under 40 and speaker at NY Travel Fest.

Arival 360 | Valencia (28-30 April 2025)

To make it possible for true collaboration, creativity, innovation, and idea exchange to thrive, we are committed to facilitating a welcoming and respectful community for all. This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
