About Me

Iwona Wojcik is Global Revenue & Performance Manager at Walks, a tour operator offering almost 200 tours, activities & day trips in 14 destinations across Europe & The US. In her role, she is responsible for the profitability of every tour departure and for the overall financial efficiency of operations, which she guarantees by providing accurate passenger projections for purchasing teams; useful financial review tools for ground operations teams; and strategic leadership to all functions of operations.

Through her time at Walks, she has revolutionized the way the business considers data, highlighting the contribution of every individual event to the company’s bottom line, and creating a more conscientious and sustainable path to growth. Iwona has over 10 years’ experience in the tourism & hospitality industry including work at three major tour operators.

Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
