About Me

Heather has spent the past few decades in hospitality and event management and loves to create experiences that transcend the ordinary.  Her career kicked off leading luxury biking and hiking trips with Butterfield and Robinson in France (where she developed quite an affinity for those Pinot Noirs!).  She has also held tenure as a Les Clefs d’Or Concierge at the Sofitel Chicago Watertower and the Marketing/Events Manager for Rishi Tea.  Arival is the perfect place to blend all of her experiences and she is ecstatic to be back in her native Colorado with her two sons and husband. Favorite Tour, Activity or Attraction

Travel is my passion and has been since the 7th grade when I started learning French (I’m happily still fluent)!  But it’s almost impossible for me to pick my favorite memory because they are so varied.  Plucking up vestiges of the Berlin Wall in the early 90s, climbing glaciers and bungee jumping in New Zealand, careening down the bobsleigh track in Lillehammer and toasting adventure with Dom Perignon in hand at the very Abbaye are sure to top the list.

Arival 360 | Valencia (28-30 April 2025)

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
