About Me

Frank Canales is the owner of Happy Tours Vacations and a Professional Tax Consulting Service. He has been an active member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce for more than two decades. In 2002, Frank was invited to serve as a member of the MGM Mirage Multicultural Advisory Council Committee. The Committee’s primary objective is to contribute to the diversity and opportunities within MGM Mirage for all its employees by providing them with the necessary tools in order to offer better service based on a comprehensive multicultural education. Currently, Frank serves on the Board of Directors of the MGM Mirage Multicultural Advisory Council Committee to help grow and strengthen small businesses and economic development within the Las Vegas community.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
