About Me

With over 15 years of dedicated service in the dynamic world of tourism and hospitality, Emiliano Lake-Herrera is a seasoned industry veteran with a track record of excellence. Currently, he serves as the Director of Visitor Experience & Community Partnerships at Visit Boulder, Colorado, where he orchestrates unforgettable experiences for travelers and nurtures vital connections within the community. Emiliano has pioneered and shepherded one of the industry’s leading mobile visitor center outreach programs in the US, which continues to connect with tens of thousands of visitors to Boulder each year in unexpected ways to enhance their knowledge of what to see and do. He has also spearheaded development and implementation of partner-focused VXE platform to better equip the entire front line staff for improving guest experiences across the destination. Emiliano currently serves on the Arival Destination Experiences Advisory Board.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
