Agata Ortuno is a seasoned expert in the activities industry with a proven track record in driving growth from new revenue streams and reimagining experiences for world’s most popular venues and attractions. Because of her background as Managing Director of a Tour Operator in Paris, she has a deep understanding of operators’ needs and challenges. Highly passionate about the industry, she’s now leading the global supply strategy efforts at Headout by finding synergies through commercial partnerships globally & building a strong learning and development program for the business team.

This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community expectations and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Arival- produced and sponsored events. Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
