Position Summary
Schlafly Tour Guides are the voice and personality of our brewery tours-sharing the history, process, and passion behind our beers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meeting new people, enjoys learning (and re-learning), and wants to help guests fall in love with the Schlafly brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, informative, and fun tours of our brewery.
- Educate guests about the brewing process, Schlafly history, and our beer lineup.
- Build rapport with visitors from all walks of life.
- Encourage guests to try and purchase Schlafly products.
- Stay updated on new beer releases and company updates.
- Represent Schlafly Beer professionally in all interactions.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4+ hours).
- Ability to speak loudly and clearly in a variety of settings.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (cases of beer/merchandise).
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, education, or public speaking preferred.
- Knowledge of craft beer is a plus, but not required.
