Specialty Spaces are meeting rooms that are a combination of Meeting Spot and room for Demos.  Take advantage of the Specialty Space throughout the event ( Tuesday afternoon to noon on Thursday), by creating mini-workshops, product demos, open discussion, it’s up to you! Schedule private meetings and/or client and prospect drop-ins – you decide how to use and brand your specialty space.

The Arival Networking Lounge is the center of the action at Arival. This is where attendees get together to get down to business. Following a fantastic first day, it’s time to party. Each sponsor will have a unique party, within the party. You host a bar and buffet and Arival takes care of the food and beverage bill for 1.5 hours, general branding for your party, and overall entertainment. The Attractions Forum is a special event within Arival 360 Orlando. Covid has changed everything for attractions, and this Forum is designed for attractions by attractions and tech companies. Topics include connectivity and channel management, pricing, revenue management and dynamic pricing, capacity management, and touchless ticketing.

The Culinary Experiences Forum brings together the large and diverse group of food tour, wine tour and beer tour companies that attend Arival. Featuring multiple sessions and a private lunch to provide a few hours for operators to connect and learn.

Discussion topics include working with restaurant partners (and what has changed since Covid), tech from an operator’s perspective, creating partnerships, training guides, group sales and distribution.
