The Details:
Start Date: Immediate, but can be reasonably flexible
Position Type: Year Round
Wage Range: $13.45/hr

Responsibilities
- Perform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent service to our employees in an efficient manner.
- Assist with new employee paperwork – ensure all I-9’s are completed.
- Create new and replacement name badges & IDs for employees.
- Organize & facilitate new employee orientation programs and other training events as needed.
- Develop, update, & publish the monthly training calendar.
- Collaborate & work closely with the Human Resources Manager regarding employee events.
- Responsible for holding high professionalism in & outside the work place.
Qualifications
- Experience in Adminstrative & Clerical Work.
- General knowledge of computer office systems.
- Strong oganizational & multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Human Resources Manager and all other employees.
- Maintain excellent attendance & punctuality.
- Willing to step in to help other departments as needed.
